Material & Coating: Fabricated from high-strength carbon steel. Features a hot-dip galvanized coating conforming to ISO 9001, with a standard coating thickness of 80µm (microns), providing a corrosion resistance of over 30 years in most soil conditions.

 

Shaft & Helix Design: Available in a range of shaft diameters (common sizes: 76mm, 89mm, 114mm) with varying wall thicknesses. Helix diameters typically range from 150mm to 350mm, with single, double, or triple helix configurations to optimize bearing capacity in different soils.

 

Load Capacity: Engineered for high axial (compressive and tensile) and lateral load resistance. Certified ultimate capacities often range from 50 kN to over 200 kN per pile, with designs customizable based on geotechnical surveys.

 

 

 

Installation & Quality Control: Installation torque is directly monitored and correlated to the pile's ultimate load capacity, providing real-time, verifiable proof of performance and eliminating guesswork.
