Installation Guide​

 

 

Site Preparation: Level the installation area and mark base positions using a layout template, ensuring spacing aligns with panel dimensions.​

 

Base Placement: Position precast concrete bases on marked spots, using a spirit level to ensure they are perfectly horizontal. Secure them with optional ground anchors for enhanced stability in loose soil.​

 

Rail Assembly: Attach ZAM-coated steel rails to the bases using galvanized bolts, tightening to the specified torque (35-40 N·m) with a torque wrench.​

 

Panel Mounting: Clip PV panels into the rails using adjustable end clamps and mid-clamps, ensuring panels are aligned and 2-3cm gaps for ventilation.​

 

Final Adjustments: Fine-tune tilt angles using the rail's adjustment slots, then recheck all connections to confirm tightness.
